Bim Street Eats was born from a deep love of Barbados and the flavors that make the island feel like home. Founded in 2020 by Chef Aiks, a proud Bajan with a passion for street food and community, the vision has always been to serve more than just food — it’s about sharing culture, creating connections, and bringing people together.
From macaroni pie bites at Toronto festivals to Cou Cou Wednesdays on the Harbourfront, every dish carries a piece of Bajan soul. Our mission is to share the warmth of Barbados through food that feels both nostalgic and new, whether it’s a pigtail sandwich, a roast breadfruit box, or a simple glass of mauby.
