Bim Street Eats was born from a deep love of Barbados — the food, the culture, and the energy of the streets. Founded by Chef Aiks, who trained at George Brown College and has cooked for everyone from the President of Barbados to Michelle Obama, our mission is to bring authentic Bajan flavors to every plate. What started during the pandemic has grown into a movement, blending traditional recipes with bold, modern twists.
From sizzling street food pop-ups and curated supper clubs to our Harbourfront restaurant , we serve more than just food — we serve community, connection, and a taste of home. Whether it’s fishcakes, macaroni pie, or our signature Cou Cou Wednesdays, every dish carries the spirit of Barbados, hot off the grill and straight to the streets.

From classic fishcakes to creative twists like lamb-topped macaroni pie bites, every dish is made with love, hustle, and island pride. What began as a pandemic pop-up has grown into a full-blown movement, repping Bim at festivals, supper clubs, and our Harbourfront home.
